Stone Town Café (Kenyatta Road, Shangan, Stone Town, Zanzibar) – this restaurant (owned by the operator of Archipelago Restaurant), has both European and Middle East-influenced dishes (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner). Still, breakfast food seems to be favored among patrons here. The menu includes fruit salad and muesli, scrambled eggs, and sweet home-baked coconut bread. Coffee is served up in traditional Swahili pots, but beware, the servings are liberal and you’ll quickly lose track of how much you’ve drunk.
